United States Shipping: Our clocks will normally be shipped by UPS ground within two business days of receipt of order, and will be delivered approximately 3 - 5 business days after that (in the continental US). If there will be a delay in shipping, we will notify you, and give you the option of canceling your order. Expedited delivery is available at extra charge. Free shipping does not apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the United States.

Free shipping does not apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the United States. If you return the clock for a refund, the amount we paid to have the clock shipped is not refunded.

Shipping Outside the United States: Our smaller clocks can be shipped out of the USA. Please e-mail us at [email protected] and ask for a shipping quote. Please give the model number, country and postal code. You (the customer) will be responsible for paying the import duty, if any.
