Our clocks are fully guaranteed. If an item is not working properly, call us at 1-888-742-5625 or e-mail and we may be able to help you make adjustments. Adjustments such as putting it in beat and adjusting the chimes need to be done by the owner (because they can change during shipping).
If the item is indeed defective, we will arrange for warranty service.
While the delivery person is unpacking the clock for setup, please examine the clock case, dial, weights and pendulum for damage. If there is damage (except to a replaceable part such as a weight), PLEASE REFUSE THE SHIPMENT, so a replacement clock can be sent. Do not sign the shipping invoice until you have inspected the clock for damage. If there is damage, describe the damage on the invoice and HAVE THE DRIVER SIGN IT.
