United States Shipping: Our clocks will normally be shipped by UPS ground within two business days of receipt of order, and will be delivered approximately 3 - 5 business days after that (in the continental US). Free Shipping: Items marked "Free Shipping" will be shipped at no charge to you within the 48 continental United States. The free shipping is by UPS Ground or Priority Mail, at our option. Free shipping does not apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the United States. If you return the clock for a refund, the amount we paid to have the clock shipped is not refunded.

Shipping Outside the United States: Our smaller clocks can be shipped out of the USA. Please e-mail us at bill@billsclockworks.com and ask for a shipping quote. Please give the model number, country and postal code. You (the customer) will be responsible for paying the import duty, if any.

Credit Card Information: We do not store your credit card number. It is securely passed to our bank for processing and deleted immediately thereafter. Paper copies of credit card numbers are shredded after the sale is complete, only the last four digits of the number may be retained.
