This fine clock features a dark, antique-oak (sometimes called English oak) finish. There are several style traits from Vienna regulators in this clock, including the two-piece enamel dial, the “Three-light case” which includes three pieces of crystal glass, and the finest cabinetry and woodworking available. Of course, this fine clock features solid brass bezel, pendulum, and movement. The 8-day mechanical key wound movement plays Westminster chimes each quarter, and strikes the hour. This incredibly ornate piece is entirely cut out of sheets of thin linden wood in a beautiful fretwork pattern. This clock is a beautiful example of Black Forest craftsmanship and design.
