Operating Instructions

This item will be shipped for free within the 48 continental United States. The free shipping is by UPS Ground or Priority Mail, at our option.

Free shipping does not apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the United States.

If you return the clock for a refund, the amount we paid to have the clock shipped is not refunded.

Our clocks will normally be shipped within two business days of receipt of order, and will be delivered approximately 3 - 5 business days after that (in the continental US). If there will be a delay in shipping, we will notify you, and give you the option of canceling your order. Expedited delivery is available at extra charge. Shipping Outside the United States: Our smaller clocks can be shipped out of the USA. Please e-mail us at bill@billsclockworks.com and ask for a shipping quote. Please give the model number, country and postal code. You (the customer) will be responsible for paying the import duty, if any.

Sales Tax: Indiana sales will be charged 7% sales tax.

Shipping and Billing Address: Our secure shopping cart will allow you to enter a shipping address that is different than the billing address.

Credit Card Information: We do not store your credit card number. It is securely passed to our bank for processing and deleted immediately thereafter. Paper copies of credit card numbers are shredded after the sale is complete, only the last four digits of the number may be retained.
